* SNOW *

"Nature has no mercy at all. Nature says. "I'm going to snow. If you have on a bikini and no snowshoes, that's tough. I am going to snow anyway."
~ Maya Angelou

"To live anywhere in the world today and be against equality because of race or color is like living in Alaska and being against snow."
~William Faulkner

"The future lies before you, like paths of pure white snow. Be careful how you tread it, for every step will show."
~ Unknown

"I frequently tramped eight or ten miles through the deepest snow to keep an appointment with a beech-tree, or a yellow birch, or an old acquaintance among the pines."
~ Henry David Thoreau

"Once people start throwing wet stuff, I go inside."
~ Stephanie Meyer (Twilight)

He is too cute, Pam! I like the snow quotes. We're enduring gray, drizzly, chilly weather here with no hope of the white stuff. Enjoy it!

I'm jealous! This rain is just not cutting it for putting me in the Christmas spirit. Nice touch with the Stephanie Meyer quote. :)

Thanks! We may or may not get a blizzard later today or sometime tomorrow. Can you believe they still claim weather predicting is a science vs. an art? Ha Ha.

Pam, I enjoyed the picture. You know the one you took of Alex after we first got him by the tree in the snow with his little snowsuit is my favorite. I look at this picture now and wonder where the time has gone. I know when things ar going bad time seems to drag on, but right now I feel like his life with us is rushing on and someday we will be looking at a young man by the tree instead of a little boy. Try to enjoy each day and each memory the most that you can.
Love, Mom
